The Nrutyotsava Program is a prominent cultural preservation initiative by the Aanav Seva Foundation, dedicated to honoring and celebrating India's rich classical dance heritage. Headquartered in Pune, our foundation promotes intergenerational learning and provides platforms for traditional artists to showcase their craft to wide public audiences.
As our signature cultural achievement, we hosted a grand classical dance festival in Pune commemorating the lifetime legacy of the legendary Kathak Guru Pandita Rohinitai Bhate. The event showcased over 800 classical artists across Kathak, Bharatanatyam, and Odissi. Guided by esteemed Gurus Smt. Shama Bhate, Manishatai Sathe, and Sucheta Chaphekar, and featuring performances by Shambhavi Dandekar, Sharvari Jamenis, and Rutuja Soman, the festival was witnessed by a live audience of 10,000+ citizens, successfully rekindling a community passion for traditional Indian arts.
